AIS network consulting
IMIS Global Limited is different from most AIS network software providers in that IMIS Global Limited also participates in the day-to-day operation of its customers networks and also runs its own national network in Greece. This gives IMIS Global Limited significant insights into AIS networks and what owners, operators and users require on a day-to-day basis.
Training
In order to get the best from an AIS network, not only should the operator have the required maritime experience but also have training on the MariWeb™ Human Machine Interface [HMI] with its many features. Operator training also covers network and users administration as well as network technical support. Technical support training allows the customer to have full control of the AIS network and only refer to IMIS Global for third line support. IMIS Global provides detailed technology training for customers that participate in the IMIS Global Original Manufacturers Equipment [OEM] program.
